Beautiqua ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. It is provided in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India) and general data-protection best practice.

• Contact form data: your name, email address, phone number (optional), and message, when you contact us.
• Order data: when you buy through our marketplace stores (Amazon.in, JioMart), the order, delivery, and returns data is collected and processed by those marketplaces and shared with us only as necessary to fulfil and support your order.
• Automatic data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) collected to keep the site secure and measure usage.

3. How we use your data

• To respond to your enquiries and support requests.
• To fulfil, deliver, and support orders placed on our marketplace listings.
• To meet legal and tax obligations, including GST and invoice retention.
• To keep the website secure and prevent misuse.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising unrelated to your enquiry or order.

4. Legal basis

We process personal data where you have given consent (for example, by contacting us), where it is necessary to perform a contract (fulfilling your order), and where we have a legal obligation (tax and accounting).

We share data only with: (a) the marketplaces through which you order, as required to fulfil orders; (b) service providers who help us host the website and deliver orders; and (c) government authorities where required by law. We do not disclose your data to third parties for their own marketing.

We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above and as required by applicable law (for example, GST and invoice records). After that, we securely delete or anonymise it.
